The Problem with Traditional VPNs

Traditional VPNs require you to trust a third party with your data. FluxDVPN changes everything.

Traditional VPNs

  • You trust a provider with your data
  • Their servers, their rules
  • They could log your traffic
  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Shared servers with thousands of users
  • Proprietary, opaque code

FluxDVPN

  • You trust only yourself
  • Your servers, your rules
  • Impossible to log (you're the only user)
  • Pay only for Flux resources (~$5-10/mo)
  • Your dedicated servers
  • 100% open source & auditable

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this legal?

Yes. Using a VPN is legal in most countries. You're deploying your own server, like having your own computer in the cloud.

Do I need technical skills?

No. If you can click buttons and copy-paste a URL, you can use FluxDVPN.

Why WireGuard and not OpenVPN?

WireGuard is more modern, faster, simpler, and has been audited. Its codebase is also much smaller (4,000 lines vs 100,000+).

Is my data really private?

Yes. You're the only one with access to your node. Config is in RAM, nothing on disk. Even physical access to the server reveals nothing.

What happens if my node goes down?

You temporarily lose VPN access until the node restarts (automatic on Flux). You can also deploy multiple nodes for redundancy.

Can I modify the code?

Absolutely! It's open source (MIT). Fork, modify, improve, share with the community.

Ready to own your privacy?

Whether you self-host or go premium, your data stays yours. Start your journey to true privacy today.
